Welcome to all lovers of the fantastic, mysterious, spooky, or enthralling. Dreams and Whimsy is the home away from home for the collector of gently used books in the Fantasy , Science Fiction, Mystery and Horror genres. Our goal is to be more than your virtual book store. We hope to create a place for you to browse books, read reviews and chat with each other about favorite authors, favorite books, or anything else that tweaks your fancy. We will also provide a place for you to buy the books you love at a reasonable price.
We are selective, not only in the types of book we carry, but the quality. All our books are in either "Very Good" or "Excellent" condition, and will be listed at one half the cover price. While we will generally not carry books in less than "Very Good" condition, we may occasionally make an exception for rare or collectable books. See our "Rare and Collectibles" page for more on these. Each genre page will have a link to this area.
